Appointments & Booking

Appointments may be booked online or by contacting the studio directly. We recommend booking in advance, as availability is limited. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure your full service time.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major payment methods. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Health & Safety

For the comfort and safety of all guests, please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service.

Liability

Bower is not liable for any personal items lost or damaged on the premises. Services are provided with professional care, and results may vary by individual.
